Artist’s Description:

This collection is inspired by my childhood memories of Transkei, with its rural landscapes, beautiful natural scenery and the community of people that make it such a wonderful place. Inspiration for the colors, shapes and patterns came from the barnyard in our neighbor’s garden, the Sundays we spent with family at our house, the beautiful view of nearby villages on the horizon and the nostalgic feeling of watching the sun rise over the hills.
