Products and Prices

Please note that colors seen on the website may not reflect the true color of the printing. This is the nature of digital printing. Slight color changes and variances are to be expected, as fabric and vinyl substrate batches differ. Temperature and humidity also play a role in color change when it comes to digital printing so please keep these factors in mind when placing your orders.

The Store offers products at the prices listed in the Store. Prices include the corresponding Value Added Tax regulated in Spain (IVA). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Checkout Process

To make a purchase from the store, the User must follow the checkout process, providing the necessary information and accepting these Terms and Conditions. The User will receive a purchase confirmation via email.

Payment and Security

Available payment methods are detailed in the Store. Payment is processed securely through STRIPE. We do not store credit card information. All payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely.

Tsikane Creative Decor currently only ships within Spain. All orders will be shipped using a third-party courier service. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

Returns and Refunds

Our priority is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. In the event that you are not, we offer a full refund within 14 days so long as the item is returned in its original state and packaging. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the item.
